Can I renew my subscription before my subscription contract end date?
Yes, subscribers can renew their subscription before the expiry of contract. To do so please call your distributor or PME Call centers.

How can I receive updates on new promotions and events?
Subscribers within UAE can send a SMS message with the word PEHUPD on 4114. Subscribers from other regions can message the word PEHUPD to 00971507189008. This facility involves a standard cost.
Alternatively subscribers can log on to www.pehlatv.net to get all updates.

I have a Pehla subscription smartcard which I am using with a decoder that I have purchased from the market and is not an PME approved decoder. I have frequently faced problems with the channels showing black screens and I have to take my smartcard to the PME distributor to get it activated. please advise?
The full services of PME can be guaranteed only on PME approved decoders. PME uses the Irdeto conditional access technology for controlling the access of their channels and Irdeto tests and approves the decoders so that these decoders satisfies all the functions and features of their technology. Any upgrades in their system are automatically updated on these decoders, hence PME advises all the subscribers to use these Irdeto approved IRD's distributed by PME for a trouble free viewing of their channels.

What are the subscription options for Pehla?
