What are the flexible payment options?
Credit Card: If you wish to use your credit card you have the options for paying monthly, half yearly or annually.
Cash: If you wish to pay in cash, you can pay half yearly or annually in advance.

Why is my credit card charged in US Dollars?
Since PME has subscribers across different countries so we choose to charge in US dollars.

What are the benefits offered by Pehla for subscribers that have been with Pehla for a long period without disconnection?
Pehla acknowledges “loyal” subscribers and offers various benefits for subscribers who have been with Pehla. A few benefits are listed below:
• Continous viewing of 12 months without disconnection and 1 month FREE viewing after 12 months
• Uninterrupted services
• Priority on service for loyal subscribers
• Regular updates on new offers
• Flexibility in upgrades and renewals during major events

Can I pay for my subscription in monthly installments?
YES, Subscribers can use their credit cards to pay in monthly installments. Subscription amount will be deducted every month from the subscriber credit card. We also offer flexible payment options through Cash, Direct Debit, Bank transfer etc.

What if I change my credit card or my credit card is about to expire, will that effect my billing in any manner?
In case of these scenarios, please contact our call centers or contact your dealer and update the new credit card details to avoid any interruption to your service.

My subscription is disconnected though I have signed a mandate to pay monthly with credit card?
There are two reasons for the subscription to be disconnected for monthly Credit Card Subscribers:

Credit Card Expired: All Credit card expiry due subscribers are called by our agents and also sent a reminder SMS text message to update the new Credit Card expiry date. After grace period for updates all CC Expiry subscribers are disconnected from the 1st to 5th of the month.

Credit Card Not Authorized: Due to various reasons received from the bank such as Insufficient funds, referred card etc PME makes three attempts to charge the credit card before disconnecting the subscription between16th to 21st of the month.

My Credit Card is charged more than the monthly subscription amount for the first month of subscription/renewal.
The first subscription is charged based on Pro Rata* calculation and then from next month the normal subscription amount will be charged.
*Pro Rata: If you subscribe on the 14th of the month, then your subscription amount will be from 14th to 30th of the same month + 1st to 30th of next month.

PME recommends monthly credit card billing. What are the advantages of choosing to pay with monthly credit card payment option?
There are a number of advantages, such as:
• Subscribers can avail promotional offers launched throughout the year. (Conditions apply*)
• Subscribers can upgrade subscriptions for a specific period and then continue with the normal subscription.
• Uninterrupted viewing of the channels.

I want to take a new credit card monthly subscription for Pehla Variety, what is the total amount I will be charged
Your credit card will be charged on a pro-rata basis i.e. the remaining days for the first month of your subscription and the next month in advance. For e.g. If you subscribe on the 15th of March, then we will charge you the subscription for the month of March from 15 to 31st and additionally the subscription for the full month of April in advance.
